Meet Marsha Sell 

Licensed in 1973, Marsha Sell has 33 years of successful residential real estate experience. She began working with Coldwell Banker 30 years ago and has, since, become one of the company's largest producers. 

In 2002, Marsha was named #1 sales associate for Coldwell Banker/Georgia. Marsha has been either #1 or #2 sales associate since 1981...finishing first for the last 9 years. A member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, she has received the Silver Phoenix, the Board's highest award for making the million dollar club 25 consecutive years. This year she will be receiving the Gold Phoenix for 30 consecutive years!

Carl Sell, REALTOR 

Prior to joining the Sell Team, Carl Sell spent a very successful career in the television industry from which he brought many years of marketing, advertising, and financial experience with him. He is primarily responsible for all financial aspects of the operation but contributes greatly to all marketing efforts. As a licensed REALTOR, Carl is able to fill in where ever he is needed. But most importantly, he has given Marsha the time to focus on what she does best, sell real estate. 

Keith Grogan, REALTOR, Business Partner 

Keith Grogan spent 24 years in sales management with several Fortune 500 companies prior to beginning his real estate career. Keith joined Marsha's team in 1999 and maintains a professional membership with the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Keith provides outstanding service to all clients. Keith is known to go above and beyond to make every real estate experience the most pleasurable! He has extensive knowledge of the GA real estate contract and outstanding negotiating skills.  

Merissa McDonald, REALTOR, Client Care Coordinator 

With over five years of industry experience, Merissa is a seasoned professional with vast experience in all phases of a real estate transaction. Her experience and friendly, energetic attitude enable her to make certain each Sell Team client enjoys an exceptional experience. 

Ruth Thomas, REALTOR, Closing Coordinator 

Ruth Thomas works closely with each client from contract to closing to insure a seamless and painless transaction. Her 6 years of experience and her innate amazing attention to detail has earned her rave reviews from all Sell Team clients. 

Melinda Janicki, Listing Coordinator 

Melinda Janicki brings to The Sell Team excellent customer relations and project management experience. Her professionalism and communication skills provide the backbone of our Listing and Marketing Department. She is detail oriented and resourceful. Melinda is a successful facilitator for communicating client requirements in an effort to exceed customer expectations.
